Digital Specifications Requirements:

  • Ads may be submitted on ZIP disks, CD's or sent digitally via our FTP site
  • File formats accepted are PDF, EPS, TIFF, (PDFs cannot be manipulated to another size after submission- ads need to be built to exact dimensions and fonts need to be embedded).
  • We accept Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and QuarkXpress.
  • Please include fonts (no TrueType), images and a hard copy of the ad.
  • Photos should be CMYK format (no Spot colors) and at least 300 DPI.
